Overview

Welcome to the WONE x OURA Hub

Hi, and welcome, we're delighted you're partnering with WONE. This page brings together everything you need to understand, demo and sell WONE: our story, the product, sales materials, pricing and answers to the questions that come up most.

WONE line summary

We support employers to build resilience into their teams, to build performance and reduce costs from high stress including health claims, absence, headcount churn and presenteeism.

How WONE and OURA fit together

01

One connected data picture

WONE integrates wearable data, including OURA, directly into our dashboards, so any OURA signal becomes part of a company's broader Index picture instead of sitting on its own.

02

Coverage for everyone

WONE targets the whole organisation. The Index can function purely on self-report data, so employees without a wearable are still measured and supported.

03

Programming on top of the data

WONE has structured wellness programming (expert-led interventions and training programs) that we can layer on top to intervene on the data, guiding employers through improving the metrics in their dashboards.

The joint opportunity

For a shared customer, OURA can provide rings to give the higher-value employee population access to rich biometric detail, while WONE's measurement and programming runs across the whole employee population. This can be combined into one dashboard, giving the employer a single view of workforce health and the ability to target bespoke programming at the highest impact areas, rather than running multiple disconnected tools.

Company size

Our current clients typically have between 1,000-10,000 employees, but we can work with companies of any size.

Good fit signals
  • Want a solution for the whole organisation
  • Rising attrition
  • Stress or burnout mentioned in engagement surveys, in exit interviews or as a reason for absence
  • Rising rates of absence or growing health claims costs (especially mental health-related)
  • Rising health premiums and pressure to show they're doing something upstream
  • HR under budget scrutiny, needing a program with measurable ROI rather than a wellness perk
Where it's likely not a fit
  • Company size under 250 employees
  • Dismissive attitudes toward stress or burnout
